A Central Induction Program was successfully conducted on Wednesday for the newly appointed “Management Trainee-2023 Batch” at the main auditorium of the Human Resource Development Department in various plants of SAIL. The program aimed to provide guidance and support to the 68 trainees joining different departments within the organisation, said spokesperson of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL).
Distinguished Guests and Prominent Figures:
The event witnessed the presence of esteemed personalities from SAIL’s leadership and management. Amarendu Prakash, the Chairman of SAIL, Atanu Bhowmik, Director In-Charge of Rourkela Steel Plant and Additional Charge of Bokaro Steel Plant, Anirban Dasgupta, Director In-Charge of Bhilai Steel Plant, V S Chakraborty, Director – Commercial, BP Singh, Director In-Charge of Burnpur and Durgapur Steel Plant, AK Tulsiani, Director of Finance, Vineet Pandey, Chief Vigilance Officer, and KK Singh, Director of Personnel, joined the program online.

The event commenced with the screening of a documentary showcasing the arrival of the Management Trainees, setting the tone for the day’s proceedings.
