Bokaro: An MoU was signed between SAIL and IIM Nagpur on 20.8.2024 at the SAIL Corporate Office in the august presence of Amarendu Prakash, Chairman, VS Chakravarthy, Director (Commercial), AK Tulsiani, Director (Finance) , K K Singh, Director (Personnel), SN Gupta, CVO and Bhimaraya Metri, Director IIM Nagpur. Directors incharges of SAIL plants joined through video conferencing and other senior SAIL officers were also present.
The MoU has been signed for academic collaborations between SAIL and IIM Nagpur. The MoU would, inter-alia, facilitate conduct of customised Management Development Programme for newly promoted executives of SAIL.
Collaboration with reputed institutions is part of the overall Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy of SAIL which will provide the much needed academia exposure to SAIL executives and help them grow in their leadership journey.
