The event aimed to strengthen moral values, professional conduct, and ethical decision-making among educators, underlining the school’s commitment to value-based education.

The workshop opened with a serene lamp-lighting ceremony and shloka recital, setting a tone of reflection and purpose. Rajalakshmi, the workshop director, reminded participants that teaching is not only about imparting knowledge but also about modelling integrity and responsibility for students.

Sessions led by Shiv Shankar Yadav and Riya Mukherjee combined real-life scenarios, role-plays, and interactive activities, exploring challenges such as unauthorised excursions, academic dishonesty, and peer pressure.
