AI, Ambition & Ascent: Rubaru program redefines growth for BSL women officers


Bokaro: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) hosted a special dialogue program titled “Rubaru” at Bokaro Niwas, aimed at empowering women officers of BSL. The program commenced with a short film showcasing the contributions of G Madhavi Lata, a renowned geotechnical engineer and professor at IISc, Bangalore. Her critical role in the construction of the Chenab Bridge, alongside the personal and professional challenges she overcame, served as a powerful source of inspiration for all attendees.

Encouragement from Leadership
Addressing the gathering, Director-in-Charge Tiwari emphasised that women are vital to the nation’s progress and are fully capable of taking on any challenge. He highlighted the strides women have made in the steel industry and encouraged continued self-growth, learning, and embracing digital advancements and AI.
