Bokaro: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), a unit of maharatna SAIL, took a significant step towards workforce development with the opening of a state-of-the-art Learning Center at the Coke Oven and Coal Chemicals Department. Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (Human Resources & Additional Charge Works), inaugurated the center in the presence of senior officers and employees.

The Learning Center, an innovative initiative by Bokaro Steel Limited (BSL), is designed to promote continuous learning among employees. It offers access to online courses and digital learning resources through platforms like e-Abhigyan, Future Skills Prime, and LinkedIn Learning, enabling personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Addressing the gathering, Rakesh Kumar, Chief General Manager of the Coke Oven and Coal Chemicals Department, highlighted the importance of the Learning Center. He said that “this facility allows employees to pursue education and skill development during working hours, helping them advance professionally.”
