Bokaro: Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society’s Technical Campus (GGSESTC), located in Chas, has secured a prestigious B++ grade in the latest assessment by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). With this rating, GGSESTC has become the top-ranked institution under Jharkhand University of Technology (JUT), Ranchi, including all government colleges affiliated to JUT.
As a result of this NAAC accreditation, the institution now qualifies for approval to charge up to ₹1 lakh per year for its B.Tech and MBA programs.
Director of GGSESTC Dr. Priyadarshi Jaruhar said “the recognition reflects sustained efforts to improve academic standards, infrastructure, and student outcomes over the past several years.”
He also added, “this milestone is a reflection of our commitment to quality education and overall development. It will significantly enhance the opportunities available to our students.”
NAAC evaluates institutions on various parameters including teaching-learning processes, research output, infrastructure, faculty quality, and governance. A B++ grade is considered a mark of high-quality academic performance and institutional integrity.
Secretary of GGSESTC Society Surendra Pal Singh have welcomed the news, saying it boosts their confidence in the institution’s value and future prospects.
