Bokaro: In a proud moment, Anushka Singh, a Class IX student of Guru Gobind Singh Public School (GGPS), was honoured by the Bokaro Deputy Commissioner’s Office on Independence Day for her remarkable achievements in Judo. Anushka clinched the gold medal in the 57 KG category at the prestigious Khelo India Women’s Games (Under 14), marking her as a standout athlete in the district. 
This honour not only celebrates her recent victory but also her consistent excellence, as she has also competed at the CBSE National and SGFI National levels, where she secured a bronze medal. Anushka’s accomplishments have become a beacon of inspiration for aspiring young athletes in the region.
