Bokaro: After the westerly winds changed direction and the temperatures dropped, the residents got some relief from the sweltering heat. Bokaro recorded the maximum drop in temperature in Jharkhand. Over the past five days, Bokaro’s temperature dropped by seven degrees Celsius.
The steel city recorded a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. According to a weather department update, from the month of May onwards there is a possibility of pre-monsoon in Bokaro. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain on May 5, 6 and 7 in Bokaro.
According to the advisory issued by Birsa Agricultural University, there will be light clouds in the sky for the next few days and there is a possibility of light rain. There will also be a slight drop in the temperature in the next few days.
