Bokaro : Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City has achieved yet another milestone in its journey of excellence by being ranked the No. 1 school in Bokaro under the ‘CBSE City-Wise Category’ in the prestigious India School Merit Awards 2024 held at The Taj, Bengaluru.
‘Education Today’, an organisation known for its work at both national and international levels in the education sector conducted a survey where a total of 1,760 schools across the country were assessed. DPS Bokaro emerged as the only school from Bokaro to receive this coveted recognition in the CBSE City-Wise Category.
The school excelled in 15 parameters, including academic reputation, leadership and quality management, parental participation, digital learning, teacher development, community service, infrastructure based on future technologies and the overall holistic development of students.
The Principal, Dr. A. S. Gangwar congratulated the entire school community for their collective effort and dedication in maintaining the school’s educational excellence and emphasised the need to continue this legacy of progress.
