Bokaro: DPS Bokaro celebrated Children’s Day with enthusiasm and creativity. The highlight of the event was a unique role reversal, with teachers playing the roles of students. This delightful approach brought a refreshing atmosphere, as teachers acted out various scenes from a school day. A special assembly was held to commemorate the birth anniversary of Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru.
On this special occasion, heartwarming messages, song medley, poetry rendition and power-packed dance performances by the teachers mesmerised the children. Ramp walk by the teachers stole the show.
To further engage the students, an interesting quiz on voting awareness was conducted. This activity aimed to educate young minds about the importance of voting and civic responsibility, in light of the Assembly Elections in Jharkhand.
In his address, the Principal appreciated the teachers’ efforts to make Children’s Day a unique and an enjoyable experience. He encouraged the students to be sincere and hardworking, reminding them that small efforts and everyday actions can make a significant difference. He also inspired students to motivate their families and communities to participate in the Assembly Elections.
