Bokaro: Adding another glory to his crown, Dr. A.S. Gangwar, the Principal of DPS Bokaro, has been awarded the European Excellence and Innovative Educator Award by The Thames International University at the Indo-European Education and Leadership Summit 2024 held in Paris (France) organised by CED (Centre For Educational Development) Foundation in association with NITI Aayog and Global Talk Education Foundation.
This award was given to him by Dr. Priyadarshi Nayak, Founder Chairman of CED in presence of other dignitaries in recognition for his unwavering dedication, extensive experience, remarkable achievements and invaluable contributions in the field of education.
At the Paris summit, under the Indo-Europe Exchange Programme, Dr. Gangwar was commended for his commitment towards value education within the school community. The Principal was praised for fostering an environment that prioritizes integrity, empathy and interest to contribute towards the future learning ecosystem and in shaping the character and values of the next generation. He was presented with a certificate, plaque and sash during the Indo-Europe Education and Leadership Summit.
Besides this award Dr. Gangwar also received a certificate of extraordinary dedication from NITI Aayog for his commitment to value-based education. The educational exchange programme included a tour of Europe, where he visited Switzerland, Netherlands and Paris. During his tour of Europe, he met several noted edu leaders where he explored the upcoming contemporary educational strategies and innovative practices.
The school community expressed immense pride in Dr. Gangwar’s accomplishments. He attributed his success to all the stakeholders including students, teachers, parents besides every individual associated with him in this legacy of excellence. Earlier, Dr. Gangwar was conferred with several coveted awards at International Educational Summits in Norway, Dubai, Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Bangladesh.
