Bokaro: In a significant development, Dr. Priyadarshi Jaruhar, Director of the Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society Technical Campus (GGSESTC) in Bokaro, and Dr. Sujay Rakshit, Director of the ICAR – Indian Institute of Agricultural Biotechnology in Gadhkhatanga, Ranchi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This collaborative effort aims to bolster the quality of research and education through various initiatives.
Dr. Rakshit highlighted the inclusion of technical subjects such as electronics and instrumentation in some courses, emphasising the necessity of exemplary teaching methodologies. Hence, the partnership with GGSESTC, renowned for its excellence in technology and engineering education, was established.
Dr. Jaruhar said that the MoU facilitates mutual educational assistance in the domains of agriculture and engineering. GGSESTC, acclaimed as the premier technical educational institute in Jharkhand, offers a diverse range of courses spanning Computer Engineering, Data Science, Cyber Security, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Fashion Technology, MBA, BBA, BCA, and Diploma courses.
Acknowledging the collaborative effort, Professors Gautam Kumar, Manojit Dey, Mahmood Alam, Dayashankar Diwakar, and Dr. Deepak Kumar played pivotal roles. The institute’s Chairman, Mr. Tarsem Singh, and Secretary, Mr. Surendra Pal Singh, extended congratulations on this ambitious endeavor.
