Bokaro: In a noble initiative aimed at saving lives and promoting dental health, HDFC Bank, in association with Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, Akhil Bhartiya Marwadi Mahila Samelan, Indian Red Cross Society Blood Centre, and Bokaro Blood Donor Association, is organising a Mega Blood Donation Camp and Primary Dental Check-Up on July 17, 2024, at Jain Bhawan, Gujarat Colony, Chas.
The event, scheduled from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM, invites citizens to participate actively in voluntary blood donation. Highlighting the event’s significance, Blood-man Anand Kothari will be commemorating his 78th blood donation. Women who have donated blood at least five times will receive certificates of appreciation.
Dr. Abhishek will conduct free dental check-ups during the event, offering attendees a special 20%-25% discount on treatments at his clinic. Additionally, Dr. Lal’s Lab will provide blood tests at a discounted rate exclusively for donors.
A special Organ Donation Camp will also be held to encourage and motivate participants to contribute to this noble cause. The initiative aims to foster a spirit of sharing and solidarity in the community. “We invite everyone to join us in this humanitarian effort and help save lives through voluntary blood donation,” urged the organisers.
