Bokaro: Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) recently hosted the “Jagriti” quiz competition for its executives and non-executives at the Human Resource Learning and Development Department’s main auditorium. The competition saw the participation of 112 participants from 56 teams. During the inaugural session, an oath of integrity was administered to all attendees and delivered a motivational address.
Anand Raj, Assistant General Manager (Executive Director-Functioning Secretariat), and Shubham Verma, Senior Manager (Contract Cell-Functioning), served as quizmasters for the event. The primary aim of the quiz was to raise awareness among participants about organisational systems, procedures, ethics, policies, governance, conduct rules, cyber security, procurement, business, and science.
In the competition, the team comprising Rishikant Gupta, Assistant General Manager (Gas Utilities), and Janishar Imam, Assistant General Manager (SIGS), secured first place. Ankita Dev, Senior Manager (Executive Director-HR Secretariat), and Rahul Ranjan Panda, Senior Manager (HSM), won second place, while Shubham, Manager (RCL), and Aman Kumar Mishra, Manager (Gas Utilities), bagged third place.
