The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to conduct the second session of the country’s most prestigious Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) for admissions to engineering institutes from April 4th to April 12th.
For this, two examination centers have been set up in Bokaro district, where a total of 3569 candidates will appear for the examination.

The first center is located near Dr. S. Radhakrishnan B.Ed College in Chiksiya (Chas), at the Alpha IIT Center on the Bokaro Education Trust campus and the second center is set up at the RR Technology in Navadih Murtitand (Chas).
Revealing information about the examination on Tuesday, the NTA City Coordinator and Principal, DPS Bokaro, Dr. A.S. Gangwar, stated that all preparations for the successful conduct of the examination have been completed. Every possible arrangement has been made to ensure a peaceful environment during the examination and to ensure that no inconvenience is faced by the candidates.
Dr. Gangwar further informed that at the Alpha IIT Center, examinations will be held in both shifts on April 04, 05, 06, 08, and 09, with 220 candidates in each shift. Whereas, on April 12, only the first shift examination will be conducted at the same center, with 101 candidates appearing.
Similarly, at the RR Technology Center, examinations will be conducted for five days. On April 04, 130 candidates will appear in the first shift and 131 in the second shift, on April 05, 130 candidates in the first shift and 131 in the second shift and on April 06 and 08, 130 candidates in both shifts and on April 09, 126 candidates in the first shift and 100 in the second shift.
It is noteworthy that the JEE Main examination conducted by the National Testing Agency consists of two papers, one for engineering and the other for admission to B.Arch. or B. Planning courses. The first session of JEE Main was conducted from January 24th to February 01st. Candidates have been instructed to adhere to all necessary guidelines.
