Bokaro: The Pentecostal Assembly School organized an Online Heritage Quiz on Tuesday, as a part of 75th Independence Day celebration. There is an urgent need to raise awareness about preserving human heritage, diversity and vulnerability of India’s built monuments and heritage sites. PAS is motivating the future generations of this country towards efforts required to protect and conserve our vast cultural heritage.
Principal Madam, Dr. Karuna Prasad remarked “It is important for learners to know about the Indian heritage which will enable them to understand the beliefs, values, history and socio-cultural context of their country. This will help them to accept and respect the cultural differences given in the diversity and lead to develop critical skills”. Students of Std VI-X participated with great enthusiasm and they learnt and explored the rich heritage of our country ‘India’.
