Bokaro: In a move aimed at bolstering its workforce, the Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has unveiled a comprehensive recruitment notification, inviting applications for the role of Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee).

The recruitment drive encompasses several prominent locations, including the Alloy Steels Plant (ASP) in Durgapur, West Bengal, the Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) in Bokaro, Jharkhand, and affiliated mines under the jurisdiction of the Jharkhand Government at multiple sites.
Additionally, opportunities are available at the Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, along with associated mines, and at the Chandrapur Ferro-Alloys Plant (CFP) in Chandrapur, Maharashtra.
Other participating facilities include the Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) and the IISCO Steel Plant (ISP), both located in West Bengal, as well as the Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) in Odisha.
The latter is also seeking candidates for mines under the oversight of the Odisha Government. Furthermore, positions are available at the Research & Development Centre for Iron & Steel (RDCIS) in Ranchi, Jharkhand, and its affiliated units, along with the SAIL Refractory Unit (SRU) in Bokaro and its subsidiaries.
