Bokaro: The management of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has now become conscious for the beautification, repairing and renovation of township. In order to prevent encroachment in the city, the company’s resources are being used more effectively. A town committee has been formed on direction of director incharge, Amarendu Prakash to look into the civic system.
The committee consists of five officers from different departments. The officers of the committee have been instructed to evaluate the civil maintenance works under the Town Services Department and submit its report soon.
The BSL management has begun the work of repairing roads and houses in residential colonies in order to beautify the city. The company is also working on the restoration of the closed school and the community building.
The committee will examine these works and submit a report to management. The committee comprises General Manager Personnel Department BK Badiya, General Manager Water Supply AK Avinash, Deputy General Manager CSR CRK Sudhanshu, Deputy General Manager CED V Prasad and Assistant Manager Project Amitabh Das.
