Bokaro: Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF), the biggest organizer of Olympiad exams for school students in the world, has announced to conduct Olympiad exams through offline mode this year from 15th September 2022. Students may register for SOF Olympiad exams through their schools and exams will be conducted in their respective schools.
Estimated 30,000 students from Bokaro appeared in SOF Olympiad every year. The Olympiad exams are conducted in 7 subjects which includes SOF International General Knowledge Olympiad, SOF International English Olympiad, SOF National Science Olympiad, SOF International Mathematics Olympiad, SOF National Cyber Olympiad, SOF International Social Studies Olympiad and SOF International Commerce Olympiad.
For the National Science Olympiad, SOF has collaborated with “Myclassroom”, which caters to foundation programs in Science and Maths for middle and senior school students and helps them to secure admission to academic institutions of choice. It also prepares students for JEE, NEET, CUET and CAT
SOF is conducting the International Commerce Olympiad in collaboration with The Institute of Company Secretaries India (ICSI),The ICSI functions under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and is the only recognized professional body in India to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries in India.
Mahabir Singh, the founder and director of SOF said, “SOF is partnering with some leading organizations to conduct offline exams. SOF Olympiad exams are the biggest Olympiad exams for school students in the world.
During 2021-22, over 68,000 schools from 68 countries registered for the SOF exams and millions of students appeared in them. Awards, gifts, prizes, medals and scholarships are awarded to the winning schools and students at class level, state level and also at the International level.”
Registrations are open, schools and students may send registrations 30 days before the chosen date of each exam.
