Bokaro: A group of 28 B.Tech. Biotechnology students from ICAR-IIB (Govt. of India), Ghatkhatanga, Ranchi, on Saturday visited Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society’s Technical Campus (GGSESTC) for an educational study tour. This visit was part of their curriculum requirements. The delegation, led by Scientist Suryakant Manik and accompanied by three professors, was received with warmth by College Director Dr. Priyadarshi Jaruhar.
The visit marks a continuation of the Memorandum of Understanding between ICAR-IIB and Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society. During their time at the campus, the students toured various laboratories, workshops, and departments. The Technical Campus made meticulous arrangements for their refreshments and meals, facilitated by Dr. Manojit Dey, Prof. Apurba Sinha, Mr. Anil Singh, Prof. Gautam Kumar, and Prof. Sumit Kumar.
Dr. Sujoy Rakshit, Director of ICAR-IIB, was commended for the successful organization of the tour. Institute President Tarsem Singh and Secretary Surendra Pal Singh also congratulated both institutions on the successful collaboration and execution of the visit.
