Bokaro: Seventy-five students of Sree Ayyappa Public School, accompanied by seven teachers, undertook a one-day study tour to Ranchi, aiming to blend classroom learning with real-world exposure.
The group began its day at Ranchi Science City, where students engaged with interactive scientific models and technology-based exhibits. Teachers said the visit offered “practical clarity” to several concepts taught in class.

At the Ranchi Planetarium, students attended a curated sky show that introduced them to celestial movements and planetary science. Officials described the session as “immersive and intellectually stimulating.”
In the afternoon, the students visited the Wild Wadi Water Theme Park, which offered a recreational break after the academic sessions. Principal P. Shailaja Jayakumar and school committee members appreciated the initiative. Students have been assigned creative follow-up activities based on their experiences.
