Bokaro: Sri Ram Finance Limited, a prominent Chennai-based company known for its ranking among the top fifty companies on Nifty, conducted a recruitment drive at Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society’s Technical Campus (GGSESTC) in Bokaro.

The recruitment process, led by senior HR official Akash, began with an online aptitude test for the students. Ten students from the college excelled in the test and were selected in further rounds of interviews and evaluations. Among the selected students, five are from the Mechanical Engineering department, one is from Computer Engineering, and the remaining four are pursuing their MBA.
“This diverse group of students demonstrates the range of talent present within the institution. Following the final interview and selection process, these students will undergo a training and probation period. Once completed, they will receive an annual salary package of Rs 3.14 lakh. This opportunity is a significant step forward in their professional careers and aligns with the company’s commitment to nurturing fresh talent,” said Priyadarshi Jaruhar, director of the College.
The recruitment event was well-supported by the campus’s faculty and staff. Training and Placement Officer Prof. Rohi Prasad and Prof. Salim Ahmed played vital roles in ensuring the event ran smoothly. The successful recruitment of the ten students not only marks a proud moment for the college but also highlights the quality of education and training provided at the institution.
