Bokaro’s Green Revolution: Malayali association plants hope for a greener future


Bokaro: The All India Malayali Association successfully organised a tree plantation program near Ayyappa Sarovar. The event saw enthusiastic participation from key members including Vasudevan Namboodri, Sashi Karat, Babu Raj Mohan Nair, Rekha Suresh, and Sreeja, who were actively involved in planting trees and promoting environmental sustainability.

Commitment to Environmental Protection 
Participants pledged to enhance and protect the environment through continuous efforts. They emphasised their commitment to organising similar social welfare programs in the future, aiming to foster greater awareness and action towards environmental conservation.

Discussion on Tree Plantation 
A special discussion was held during the event focusing on the importance of tree planting and the strategies for ensuring the survival of the planted trees. Vice president of Sree Ayyappa Seva Sangam, Sashi Karat, highlighted the critical role of community involvement in preserving green spaces and promised that the association would continue its efforts to support environmental causes.
