The success of ESL Steel’s implementation efforts was showcased at the 6th Conclave on the 5S System of Workplace Management, organized by the Bokaro Chapter of QCFI. A team comprising individuals from various departments received a Gold Medal for their exemplary work.

Expressing pride in the ongoing efforts, Meenakshi Sabharwal, Chief Quality Officer of ESL Steel Limited, outlined plans to achieve certification by November 2024. The company aims for comprehensive employee involvement, from top management to grassroots level.
