Bokaro: The ‘Vidyatra – 2024’ event was held at Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society Technical Campus (GGSESTC), marking both the fresher welcome and the farewell for students from all branches. The event commenced with the traditional welcome of guests and lighting of lamps, followed by a welcome speech from College Director Dr. Priyadarshi Jaruhar. 
The cultural program began with a welcome dance and continued with a vibrant array of performances, including dances, songs, music, games, and a ramp walk. Om Singh and Sabina emerged as winners of the ramp walk competition.
Best Student Awards were presented to Shubham Kumar (Mechanical Eng.), Pallavi Kumari (EEE), Dheeraj Chaudhary (Civil), Anand Kumar (ECE), Anushtha Kumari (CSE), and Neetu Rani (MBA).
The event concluded with the National Anthem, followed by a grand dinner for all attendees. The stage proceedings were managed by Pratibha Kumari (MBA) and Sneha Ratan (BBA).
Special contributions were acknowledged from Dr. A. P. Barnwal, Dr. Day, Prof. Apurba Sinha, Prof. Sushma Kumari, Anil Singh, and Gurmel Singh. Institute President Tarsem Singh and Secretary Surendra Pal Singh congratulated the students and extended their best wishes for a bright future.
