Bokaro: 12 students of DPS Bokaro brought laurels to their school by securing International Rank 1 in International Olympiad of Science (IOS) 2021-22 conducted by Silverzone Foundation, New Delhi.
Sudiksha Nayan of Class I, Muhammad Rehaan, Mayraa Rastogi, Harshit Chandan, Aadya Verma, Aaryaman Shourya, Toshani Mallick and Akshat Priyadarshi of Class II; Samridhi Priya of Class III and Nausheen Quraishi, Saanvi Airaa and Bhoomi Priya of Class IV bagged Gold Medal and a Special Achievement Certificate for their exemplary performance in the Olympiad.
The International Olympiad of Science is a test of competence and proficiency in Science. The test is conducted annually at the National and International levels and is based on syllabus prescribed by CBSE/ ICSE and the State Boards. The test also assesses the knowledge of the students in Applied Science.
