Bokaro: Several parents staged protest against the MGM school management after names of their children were allegedly cut from the online classes as they failed to pay the fees. The school management had to call the police to calm down the agitators.
District President of Jharkhand Abhibhavak Sangh, Neeraj Patel said that they have demanded from school management to restore the names of students in online classes. The fees of the students whose parents are facing financial crisis due to Covid-19 lockdown should be waived. There should also some concession be given in tuition fees as classes are conducted online.
Fr. Reji.C.Varghese M.G.M Higher Secondary School Bokaro said that parents had come demanding to fix online fees or waving off two months fee, give concession to those facing financial problems, and not withheld any students from appearing examination for fee default. We have categorically rejected their demands and said that the parents should approach individually to the school and submit applications with their problem.
