Chinmaya Vidyalaya celebrates 48th Foundation Day with grandeur


Bokaro: Chinmaya Vidyalaya marked its 48th Foundation Day with great enthusiasm. Established on August 19, 1977, in a garage in Sector 1/B, the school has evolved into one of India’s leading educational institutions and is the only NABET-integrated school in Jharkhand.

The celebration, featuring vibrant performances including songs, dance, and music, was graced by Param Pujya Swamini Sanyuktananda Saraswati as the chief guest. Other notable attendees included Vishwarup Mukhopadhyay, Suraj Sharma, R.N. Mallick, Dr. Ashok Singh, and Narmendra Kumar.

Principal Suraj Sharma lauded the school’s journey and success, highlighting the remarkable achievements of its students in national and international exams. The cultural program, showcasing diverse Indian dance forms and music, received high praise. Swamini Sanyuktananda emphasised that education should focus on human values, not just academic success.

The event concluded with the chief guest honoring 115 students for their outstanding achievements, followed by the school song.
