Bokaro: The Human Resource Development and Learning Department of Bokaro Steel Plant organised the “Best Employee of the Month” award ceremony for May 2025, honouring eight employees for their exemplary contributions.
The event witnessed the presence of Executive Director (Works) C.R. Mahapatra, Executive Director (HR) Rajashree Banerjee, Chief General Manager (HR) Anjani Kumar Sharan, along with departmental heads, senior officials, awardees, and their family members.
Addressing the gathering, Mahapatra emphasised the role of both employees and their families in achieving such success. He encouraged employees to face new challenges and continue working with passion to sustain growth.
Ms. Banerjee congratulated the awardees and reminded everyone that safety must remain the top priority in every task. The event was hosted by HR Assistant Managers Sonali Gupta and Nitesh Kumar, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Chahat Priya.
