Bokaro: Laxmikant Vajpayee, the BJP’s state in-charge, asserted that the Indi (I.N.D.I.A) alliance poses no significant challenge nationwide. Reflecting on the coalition’s inception and its current composition, Vajpayee emphasised its lack of potency compared to the BJP.
He during his visit to Bokaro on Thursday, pledged to spotlight the developmental strides of the Modi government while also addressing the alleged inertia and corruption plaguing state administrations, intending to sway public opinion.

Confident in the NDA’s electoral prospects, Vajpayee boldly projected a clean sweep, asserting the coalition’s victory in all 14 parliamentary seats in Jharkhand. Specifically, he anticipated widening margins of victory in pivotal constituencies like Dhanbad and Giridih.
Vajpayee embarked on a four-day tour of Jharkhand, focusing on rectifying organisational deficiencies within the state’s Lok Sabha constituencies. The Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) aims to mount a robust national campaign centered around Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership and the dedicated efforts of grassroots workers.
Vajpayee expressed unwavering certainty in the party’s triumph, shrugging off any lingering doubts. Responding to queries about fielding external candidates like Sita Soren and Geeta Koda, Vajpayee attributed their alignment with the BJP’s ethos and assured that roles within the party would be determined on merit.
As the Lok Sabha elections draw near, BJP’s proactive stance has intensified. Vajpayee was accompanied by local representatives including MLA Biranchi Narayan and Dhanbad Lok Sabha candidate Dhullu Mahato and district president Jaidev Rai.
