Bokaro : Love moments of a 24-year-old woman were uploaded to a porn website by the person with whom her marriage was fixed by her parents. It happened when the accused started talking with the woman over cellphone with the consent of her family, and soon get engaged in video chats. The victim started believing the accused Manji Singh (32) as her fiance but do not able to sense his bad intention.
After exchanging feelings for months, the accused one day abruptly refused to marry her, but again after sometimes he begins pressurising woman to chat with him. When the woman refused, he in anger uploaded her obscene videos on a porn website and Facebook. Even that he sent to her relatives insulting her modesty.
An FIR has been lodged by the brother of the victim with the Balidih police station. Police have begun investigating the case. The accused hails from Nalanda district of Bihar. Soon a police team will go to Nalanda to nab the accused, said Binod Kumar, officer incharge of Balidih police station. “We had deleted the Facebook account and lodged named FIR against the Singh in various sections of IPC and IT Act,” said OC.
The woman’s brother told the police that his sister’s marriage to Singh was fixed in 2018. Later both of them started talking. The accused parents also used to talk to his sister which had developed a sense of security in the relationship. The accused used to make video calls on WhatsApp. Singh won her trust so much that they started having a porn video chat. Also, without the knowledge of the victim, he made a pornographic video of her.
Meanwhile, in 2018, when the family members went to offer tilak, Singh refused to marry her. They then did not say anything. After coming back home they started working out for other marriage proposals for her sister, told her brother to police. But again Singh starts making attempt to chat with her sister promising to marry him. But her sister realised that Singh’s intention was not pure and stopped talking him. This probably infuriated Singh and he created a Facebook account on victims name and uploaded pornographic pictures in it. He also sent pornographic videos to many of their relatives. In February, he put the video on a porn site defaming the woman.
