Bokaro: For improving organisational efficiency, director incharge of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL), Amarendu Prakash has done massive inter-department transfers of officers in township and plant on Tuesday.
Total 26 officers from the rank between assistant manager to deputy general manager (DGM) has been transferred. Avinash Jha technical assistant (DGM) of executive director (P&A) has been transferred in Allotment department of Town and Administration. Of those transferred majority seven of them are DGM’s. Two AGM’s, five senior managers, seven managers, one deputy managers and three assistant managers.
Sources said director incharge has taken the decision on feedback to streamline things in the company. It is almost two months of the director incharge in BSL now. He get well acquainted with the issues and prospects in every departments of BSL. More such decision is expected to come for growth of the company in coming months.
