Bokaro: Chinmaya Vidyalaya celebrated the 45th Krida Utsav with great spirit. The students performed breathtaking dance programs to a patriotic song. The choir group also presented a motivational song, which was praised by everyone. The program concluded with a prize distribution ceremony where students received medals and certificates for their achievements in various gaming events.
Guest of honour was Swamini Samyuktanandaji Acharya of Chinmaya Mission said, “A person practices sports from birth. The act of playing any game isn’t limited to sports; we can also use our hands and gestures. Secretary, Mahesh Tripathi said that sports play an integral part in one’s life. It not only teaches sports skills, but also how to live life like a leader.
The head of the Sports Department, H H Pandey, delivered the welcome address and facilitated the flag-hoisting ceremony. A Vidyalaya song followed. The program concluded with a Vidyalaya song. Kindergarten to Class XII teachers participated in this event and helped make it a great success. The Chief guest of the event was B Mukhopadhyay and treasurer R.N. Mallick were also present.
