Bokaro: A student of Class 12 of Guru Gobind Singh Public School (GGPS), Chas has committed suicide by hanging himself in Goptola of Chira Chas under Chas police station, on Sunday. The reason which prompted deceased to commit suicide is yet to be ascertained, said Pursottam Kumar Singh, SDPO, Chas.
The deceased has been identified as 18-year-old Shubham Abhishek. According to police, Abhishek stayed with his grandparents. In the morning, his body was found hanging from the fan in his room. His grandparents were shocked. Family members called the police. As soon as the information reached the police, they reached the spot and began investigating the incident. Sources said, Abhishek was an excellent student. Nobody knows why he took such a harsh step.
