Bokaro: The seven-day ‘Atal’ Training and Learning Program, sponsored by AICTE New Delhi, kicked off under the BCA Department at Guru Gobind Singh Educational Society’s Technical Campus (GGSESTC) here on Monday. The program began with an inaugural session and two technical sessions on the first day. Vice-Chancellor of Jharkhand Technical University Ranchi, D.K.
