Bokaro: Atleast 21 students of Delhi Public School (DPS), Bokaro including old batches who appeared for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG- 2022 have qualified with good percentile. Atithi Chauhan cracked the exam scoring AIR 2058, Atahar Kaif AIR 746 (Cat) and Ayush Amlan bagged AIR 763 (Cat). They are school toppers in this entrance examination.
NEET is the single entry point for MBBS and BDS courses. The NEET 2022 cut-off marks for students under all the categories have decreased this year. The NEET cut-off 2022 for unreserved category students has gone down from 720-138 in NEET 2021 to 715-117 in NEET UG 2022.
The NEET for medical aspirants of reserved categories including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC) have also dropped from 137-108 last year to 116-93 in NTA NEET UG 2022.
As per the information received so far, the DPS students who have qualified this prestigious exam are Atithi Chauhan, Atahar Kaif, Ayush Amlan, Venkatesh, Anik Mukherjee, Jayant Kumar, Prashant Kumar, Tara Rani, Anshu Priya, Girish Raj Guru, Harshit Raj, Ridhima, Jayanti, Priya Kumari, Stuti Mishra, Shudhanshu Pandey, Priya Kumari, Aditi Rani, Anurag Prakash, Arya Vivek, Diptanshu and others.

The NEET 2022 result has been declared on Wednesday, September 7. Four candidates have scored the highest marks of 715. While Rajasthan girl Tanishka has secured rank 1 in the NEET UG 2022 exam, Vatsa Ashish Batra (Son of the IPS, Ashish Batra of Jharkhand Cadre) , Hrishikesh Nagbhushan Gangule and Rucha Pawashe have been placed in Rank 2, Rank 3 and Rank 4 respectively.
