Bokaro: Six students of Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City brought laurels to their school by securing the top Ranks in the recently conducted Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad (SKGK)- 2021-22.
Muhammad Rehan and Anshrika of Class II; Yash of Class V and Amogh Anand Jha of Class VIII bagged International Rank 1.They received Gold medal and Special Achievement Certificate. Suryansh Kumar of Class V secured International Rank 2 and he received a Silver medal and Special Achievement Certificate while Ayarma of Class VII got International Rank 3 and was awarded with a Bronze medal and Special Achievement Certificate.
Smart Kid General Knowledge Olympiad (SKGK) of the Silver Zone Foundation examines the growth of a student based on subjects like History, Geography, General Science, Current affairs and sports. The Olympiad is held annually not only at the National but also at the International levels. The event is open for the students of Classes I – X and aims to broaden the vision of a student, thereby enabling the child to understand and analyze a situation better.

Gangwar, Principal DPS Bokaro said, “Such competitions train young minds to explore and harness skills to meet the ever growing challenges and thus prepare them for a competitive environment. I am happy that the students have once again asserted their presence at the International level.”
