Dressed as great Indian leaders & freedom fighters, Pentecostal students participated in a competition


Bokaro: The Pentecostal Assembly School students dressed as great Indian leaders and freedom fighters for the “Dress The Part Competition”. A series of activities and competitions will be held for the primary wing in celebration of Republic Day, instilling the values of patriotism and love for our nation’s rich culture and heritage. Students who participated in the competition learned about the contributions of national leaders and the sacrifices of freedom fighters.

Std. Prep students dressed up as Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and Sarojini Naidu, while Std.1 students dressed as Lal Bahadur Shastri and Chandra Shekhar Azad. Students of Std.3 gave perfect representations of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Bal Gangadhar Tilak. The students of class 4 and 5 have also been given the opportunity to learn more about the lives of our revolutionary heroes Bhagat Singh, Rani Lakshmi Bai, and Shubhas Chandra Bose through this competition. Thus, these students were able to portray their roles perfectly through this competition.

Ms. Karuna Prasad, the principal, encouraged her students to read more about national heroes. Additionally, she thanked all participants for their efforts and complimented the winners for their outstanding performance.
