Bokaro: Sree Ayyappa Public School hosted a heartfelt farewell and blessing ceremony on Friday, bidding farewell to the graduating class of 12th. While the event was filled with anticipation and cheer, there lingered a poignant sense of separation as students prepared to part ways with their peers and mentors.

Adhering to a special dress code, male students adorned suits while their female counterparts wore traditional sarees, adding elegance to the occasion. The school premises were adorned with vibrant decorations, setting the stage for an emotional farewell and hopeful blessings. The ceremony commenced with Saraswati Vandana, invoking the blessings of the goddess of knowledge, which resonated deeply with the students.
The program included a symbolic cake cutting ceremony and an inspiring song, “Lahar se dar kar nauka par nahi hoti, tryon karne wali ki kabhi har nahi hoti” (One who fears the waves cannot sail the boat, those who dare to try never face defeat). Dr. S. Mahapatra, the Director, extended his best wishes to the departing students, stressing the importance of perseverance and dedication in achieving their goals.
Principal P. Shailaja Jayakumar encouraged students to strive for excellence and become future leaders who would bring honor to their school and country. Teachers imparted their blessings and wisdom, urging students to approach their future endeavors with diligence and determination.
