Bokaro, renowned for its thriving automobile culture, has recently witnessed the grand inauguration of Kia Automobile Company’s showroom, marking a remarkable addition to the city’s automotive landscape.
Kia’s foray into Bokaro represents the fifth prominent automobile brand to set up shop in this vibrant city, following in the footsteps of Maruti, Tata, Mahindra, and Hyundai. The decision to establish a showroom here was fueled by the surging demand for Kia vehicles in the region.
The much-anticipated inauguration event was graced by Kia’s Eastern Region Head, Junsu Cho, and Kia’s Eastern Region Regional Manager, Himanshu Singh, who jointly officiated the ceremony by cutting the ceremonial ribbon. In their remarks, they emphasised Kia’s global reputation as a leader in crafting vehicles known for their blend of style and quality.
Kia’s new showroom in Bokaro is a manifestation of the brand’s cutting-edge “SI 2.0” concept, which priorities innovation and customer experience. Spanning a vast (mention size) square feet, this facility is a comprehensive hub designed to cater to both sales and display needs.
However, its excellence does not stop there; the showroom also prides itself on providing dedicated service facilities, ensuring that customers’ aftersales requirements are met with precision and care. 
The establishment of Kia’s fifth dealership in Bokaro marks a significant stride in expanding their network presence across India. The showroom covers a substantial area of 42,000 square feet.
Shresht Jain and Manish Jain, the proprietor of Elgen KIA, spoke with enthusiasm about the showroom’s offerings, describing it as one of the finest in the region. The facility boasts dedicated consulting areas, a comfortable lounge, and a charming café to enhance the overall customer experience.
“Additionally, there is an exclusive new car delivery area, underlining Kia’s commitment to delighting customers throughout their journey. Complementing this, the showroom is also equipped with dedicated service facilities, ensuring that all aspects of the customers’ needs are comprehensively addressed,” he said.
