Bokaro: Mystery shrouds over death of a 40-year-old man in Sector-IV/G under Sector 4 police station here on Thursday. The deceased Sameer Kumar was found dead on his bed. Police have lodged a case of unnatural death and begun investigation, said police sources.
The incident occurred on Thursday afternoon when Kumar was alone at his home. His wife and two children had gone to their maternal home. The mother of the deceased had gone to one of her relative’s house. When his mother reached home, she found the door closed.
She made several attempts to open the door, but failed. Later with help of neighbours the door was broken. And after entering inside, they were shocked to see Kumar lying dead on his bed. After this, information was given to Sector-4 Police Station. The deceased was in a private job but had left it a few weeks ago.
The cause of death is suicide or something else is yet to be ascertained, said police sources.
