Bokaro: Ila Rani, a student of DPS Bokaro has cracked National Institute of Design (NID) examination with All India Rank-11. She secured 99.37 percentile after going through a rigorous selection process. The Designing Aptitude Test (DAT) mains includes Portfolio preparation, Thematic Reflective Presentation and Interview.
NID is internationally acclaimed as one of the finest educational and research institutions for Industrial, Communication, Textile and IT Integrated (Experiential) Design. It is an autonomous institution under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India and has been recognized as an ‘Institution of National Importance’. It has 5 campuses across India with only 425 seats.
