Pentecostal students shared sweet memories after returning from their reward trip to Goa


Bokaro: The Pentecostal Assembly School awarded Goa trips to meritorious students who scored 95% and above on the Class 10 board exam.  On Thursday, they returned home after spending three nights and four days in Goa. This year, 25 students were selected for the appreciation tour.

They were accompanied by Director  D. N. Prasad, CAO Rita Prasad, Administrator, Daniel Michael Prasad, Principal Karuna Prasad and a team of teachers.

Travelling is the best form of education and this reward trip gave the students many new experiences – flying, visit to a new city, white sand beaches, historical monuments, World Heritage sites, museum, fun in the swimming pool, stay in a 4 star hotel, great food and an amazing ferry ride -“The Filmy Chakar” where students connected with some sites they had seen on the silver screen.

Goa has a range of experiences to offer – North Goa is known for its beautiful beaches and South Goa has historical churches and monuments. The Chapora fort and Fort Aguada offer stunning views of the Arabian sea. Students had many thrilling experiences and have come back changed after this trip.

Principal mentioned how proud she is of her students. ‘The purpose of the trip is to motivate students to excel. The incentive is a great boost for them to work hard and perform in the CBSE Board Exam.’
