A new initiative titled the “Executive of the Quarter Award Scheme” has been launched with the aim of acknowledging the exemplary performance of officers at Bokaro Steel Plant.
The third edition of the award distribution ceremony was held at Bokaro Club, graced by the esteemed presence of Atanu Bhowmik, Director Incharge of Rourkela Steel Plant, who also holds Additional Charge at BSL. The event witnessed the participation of Executive Directors, Chief General Managers from relevant departments, and other senior officers.

Honoring Exceptional Contributions
During the ceremony, a total of nine officers from the Jharkhand Group of Mines were honored with the prestigious “Executive of the Quarter Award.” Among the recipients for the third quarter, notable awardees included Banibrata Mukherjee, Assistant General Manager (CTS); KC Patra, Assistant General Manager (Gas Utilities); Prabesh Minj, Assistant General Manager (CED); Ravi Kumar Verma, Assistant General Manager (Sinter) Plant; Vivek Aggarwal, Assistant General Manager (General Maintenance – Mechanical); Ravi Kumar Jaiswal, Senior Manager (CRM-I&II); Abhishek Vats, Manager (CRM-III); Santosh Kumar, Manager (SMS-New); and Vikash Anand, Manager of Manoharpur and Mines.
This initiative aims to recognise and celebrate the dedication and outstanding contributions of these officers towards the growth and success of Bokaro Steel Plant. Through their hard work and commitment, they have not only demonstrated excellence in their respective roles but have also contributed significantly to the overall efficiency and productivity of the plant.
