Bokaro: The Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) has started repairing work of the roads in its different sectors of the township. The repairing work has been started from Sector 2 area. In the first phase of repair work, the roads of Sector 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 will be repaired.
Chief of Communication, BSL, Manikant Dhan said that the road repair work is being done by modern mechanized method. This modern road construction technology will ensure better quality in less time. In the first phase, about 44 km of roads in the above five sectors will be repaired.
According to sources, few weeks ago director-in-charge of BSL, Amarendu Prakash himself assessed the condition of roads wandering in sectors of the township. He had also seen the condition of company quarters, roads, encroachments, water etc very closely. Prakash was receiving complaints about the bad condition of the roads in the township.
