Bokaro: The Department of Business Excellence organized an event at HRD Center to felicitate the winners of various competitions such as ICQCC (Hyderabad)-2021, ICQCC (Jakarta)-2022, NCQC-21, NCQC-22, Rashtriya Vishwakarma Award-2018, 5-S National Conclave-2022, CII Productivity Award, and winners of Essay, Slogan, Elocution and Quiz Competition.
The program was graced by the presence of Amarendu Prakash, director in-charge of BSL, who was also the chief guest.
During the event, Executive Director (Operations) B K Tiwari, Executive Director (Personnel and Administration) Rajan Prasad, Chief General Managers of various departments, Heads of Departments, other senior officers, officials of Business Excellence Department and award winners were present.
Amarendu Prakash congratulated the winners on their achievements and encouraged them to continue their excellent work in the future with the same enthusiasm. The winners of various competitions were recognized, including the winners from ICQCC (Hyderabad)-2021, ICQCC (Jakarta)-2022, NCQC-21, NCQC-22, Rashtriya Vishwakarma Award-2018, 5-S National Conclave-2022, and the CII Productivity Award.
In ICQCC (Hyderabad)-2021, QC-2013 (DNW), LQC-06 (CO&CC), QC-295 (WMD), and QC-1818 (GM-M) received Par Excellence, while QC-252 (I&A) received Par Excellence, QC-404 (CBRS), and QC-200 (Sinter Plant) received Par Excellence at ICQCC (Jakarta)-2022.
The Capital Repair (Mechanical) team of BSL won the Vishwakarma Rashtriya Puraskar-2018. Plant’s QC-1627 (CR-Electrical) cross excellence, LQC-06 (CO&CC) cross excellence, Material Management (Store) team, and ERS team in 5-S National Conclave-2022 were also awarded the Excellence Award.
In NCQC-22, 17 Quality Circle teams received Par Excellence, and three Quality Circle teams received the Excellence Award.
