Bokaro: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has announced an extended renewal period for its Mediclaim Scheme for 2024-25. Originally set to close on August 29, 2024, the new online renewal window is now open from September 27 to October 4, 2024, allowing left-out members to renew their memberships.
Members should note that the Super Top-Up facility will not be available during this period. This initiative aims to ensure all eligible members can benefit from the health coverage provided by the Mediclaim Scheme. “Complete the renewal process before the new deadline to maintain uninterrupted coverage,” said a senior SAIL official.
This decision comes in response to requests from members who were unable to renew within the initial timeframe. The extension aims to accommodate those members and enhance participation in the Mediclaim Scheme.
