Bokaro: In a remarkable celebration held at the grand auditorium of Tender Heart School in Ranchi, three dedicated educators from Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Bokaro were bestowed with the prestigious Manju Gargi Teacher Award.
The ceremony, graced by Governor of Jharkhand, CP Radhakrishnan, as the chief guest, along with special guest Assembly Speaker Rabindranath Mahato and Ranchi MP Sanjay Seth, showcased the exceptional contributions of Narmendra Kumar, Rashmi Singh, and Sarita Verma, all educators at Chinmaya Vidyalaya Bokaro. 
Governor CP Radhakrishnan, addressing the felicitation ceremony, emphasised the pivotal role teachers play as mentors, counselors, and friends, providing education, unwavering support, and invaluable guidance to their students.
He acknowledged that teachers instill self-belief, resilience in the face of adversity, and a lifelong love of learning. In essence, they lay the foundation upon which dreams and aspirations are built, and through this foundation, they contribute significantly to society.
The event recognised and honoured a total of 200 teachers from 67 schools across Jharkhand for their exemplary dedication to education. The three teachers from Chinmaya Vidyalaya received medals, insignia, citations, and a cash prize of Rs 11,000 in recognition of their outstanding contributions.
Chinmaya Mission Bokaro’s Secretary Mahesh Tripathi, and Principal Suraj Sharma conveyed their heartfelt congratulations to the honoured teachers. They emphasised that the recognition is a matter of great pride for the teachers and that it also carries an increased responsibility. Maintaining consistent performance is essential to set an exemplary standard in both the school and society.
The entire school community joined in congratulating the esteemed teachers for their well-deserved recognition and celebrated their dedication to the noble profession of teaching.
