Ambassador of Denmark commends Narendra Modi as a Global Leader in Delhi


The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, has received high praise from Ambassador Freddie Swan of Denmark, who described him as not only a great leader for India but for the entire world. Ambassador Swan commended Modi’s visionary approach and his commitment to guiding the nation towards prosperity. These remarks were made during the ‘Nau Saal Bemisaal, Modi Sarkar’ program held at the Constitution Club of India in Delhi, organised by the Prime Minister’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.

The program’s director, Shashi Pandey, showcased the Prime Minister’s vision of a self-reliant India through poetry, highlighting his dreams and aspirations for the nation. Ramesh Chandra Ratna, a prominent leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and former chairman of the Passenger Services Committee of the Railway Board, expressed his admiration for Prime Minister Modi, considering himself a member of Modi’s team. He emphasised how the Prime Minister has successfully united the country and worked tirelessly towards achieving self-reliance.

Prem Kumar, the national spokesperson of the Aatmanirbhar Bharat movement, shared his personal journey from the film industry to politics, inspired by the Prime Minister’s speeches. He expressed his dedication to serving the nation and working towards fulfilling the Prime Minister’s vision of a self-reliant India. Renu Bhatia, Chairperson of the Women’s Commission of Haryana, acknowledged the Prime Minister’s special focus on empowering women through the Aatmanirbhar Bharat program.

Kapil Verma, an advocate for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), lauded Prime Minister Modi for benefiting millions of people through the MSME sector. Trade Union leader Anand Sahu highlighted the Prime Minister’s efforts in attracting foreign investment to bolster the country’s self-reliance. In recognition of his lifetime achievements, Ramesh Chandra Ratna was honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award during the event.

The program witnessed the participation of social workers, poets, industrialists, and officials from various establishments representing 15 different states. Among the distinguished attendees, Nageshwar Kumar, a journalist from Prabhat Khabar, Jharkhand, received the Prime Minister’s Self-Reliant India National Excellent Award.

The program’s chief guest, Canadian Ambassador Freddie Swan, presented Nageshwar Kumar, a resident of Gomia in Bokaro district, Jharkhand, with the Prime Minister’s Self-Reliant India National Excellence Award, acknowledging his outstanding contributions.

The event showcased the broad support and recognition garnered by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his vision and dedication to transforming India into a self-reliant nation. Through the Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative, his efforts have inspired individuals from various sectors and regions to contribute towards realising the dream of a prosperous and self-sufficient India.
