Bokaro: P Rajagopal has been elected as president of Ayyappa Seva Sangham, which owns and maintains the city’s renowned Shri Ayyappa Temple and Shre Ayyappa Public School. Several Kerala community members participated in the election process of Ayyappa Seva Sangham at Sree Ayyappa Public School on Sunday.
There was a unanimous vote for the new management committee for 2023-26, and the winning committee received more than 95% of the votes, said a member.
Meanwhile, Mohanan R Nair and Sashindran Karat have been elected as Vice President and E S Suseelan is now the General Secretary of the new committee. R Baburaj has been elected in the post of Treasurer, while Board Members are Suresh Kumar K A and Shajin B. The Internal Auditor is famous homeopathic doctor B Suresh Babu.
Initially, there were issues at the AGM, but they later calmed down. Furthermore, the election ends the controversy that was going on within the committee.
